Hold the Meitakukai in Osaka, Challenging “Solutions to Industry Issues”
News: Updated Monday, November 17, 2025
Stylem Takisada-Osaka and Takisada-Nagoya held the 91st Meitakukai gathering on November 13 in Osaka.
More than 800 participants, including customers and suppliers from Japan and overseas, attended the event.
Ryuta Taki, President of Stylem Takisada-Osaka, and Kentaro Taki, President of Takisada-Nagoya,
expressed their appreciation to business partners and stated their commitment
“to work together toward solving the challenges facing the textile industry.”
President Taki of Stylem Takisada-Osaka cited initiatives such as “Canale Japan,”
a joint venture established in the Bishu region, and “Organic Field,”
a project developed with cotton farmers in India.
He remarked, “Even if an initiative may appear irrational at first glance,
we will continue challenging efforts that hold lasting significance for the future.
Our slogan is: ‘Take off the ordinary. Wear the challenge.’
We believe that within this mindset lies the key to shaping the future.
Together with our partners, we aim to embrace new risks and move confidently into the next era.”
President Kentaro Taki of Takisada-Nagoya addressed the increasingly difficult environment surrounding production regions,
stating, “Development is essential for differentiation, yet companies across each stage of production are declining,
and the overall supply chain is under strain.
We want to proactively drive initiatives we can undertake together,
including product development that connects different production regions.
By working more closely with our suppliers, fostering innovation,
and jointly solving challenges, we will continue advancing forward.
We sincerely ask for your continued support as we pursue these challenges.”
